Pink Washcloth Part 2

Here is the completed Pink Washcloth. It was created using cottontots yarn in pink and white. The white border is created using the reverse sc stitch which i really don't like doing.

Pink Washcloth

I started working on a pink washcloth. It is pretty fast and easy to make.

Pink Cottontots

I also bought Cottontots yarn in pink.

Sugar and Cream Orange

I bought a skein of "Hot Orange" which was Sugar and Cream cotton yarn.

Safety Cone Part 4

Here is the finished safety cone. The lighting on this picture is pretty bad. Hopefully the next picture I take will come out better.

Safety Cone Part 3

I added a face to the cone.

Pink Diamond Scarf Part 18

I finally finished crocheting the pink diamond scarf. I used a pattern for a blanket which is made in strips and just made one strip for this scarf.

Pink Diamond Scarf Part 1

I started making a pink scarf with white diamonds crisscrossing it using Red Heart Super Saver yarn. I found the pattern in a book containing patterns for afghans. Strips are made in this pattern and then crocheted together. Some day if I have time I might try to make the whole afghan. Right now, I only have time to make the scarf.

Multicolor Blue Ripple Blanket Part 11

I finished another row of the multicolor blue ripple blanket.

Dangerous Days of Daniel X by James Patterson

This is a strange book by James Patterson. I've found that Patterson's books are hit or miss. This one, I'm afraid I would have to say is a miss. Daniel X is an alien hunter who lives on Earth. His parents die when he is very young and he must take their place. Although fast to read, there are not any huge plot twists and turns that are usually present in Patterson's books.

Multicolor Blue Ripple Blanket Part 10

I finished another row of the multicolor blue ripple blanket.

Multicolor Blue Ripple Blanket Part 6

I finished another row of the multicolor blue ripple blanket.

Multicolor Blue Ripple Blanket Part 5

Due to the fact that I didn't really like the pattern in the book (it would take too much effort to do and I couldn't find all the colors needed), I decided to pretty much make my own blanket pattern. I've never designed a blanket on my own before, so hopefully this one will turn out OK.

Multicolor Blue Ripple Blanket Part 4

I finished the first section of the blanket. The white looks really bright in this picture. It is not actually that bright in normally light. It is probably the flash that made this look so bright.

Multicolor Blue Ripple Blanket Part 3

I ended up changing the pattern that was written in the book, since I didn't like it and it really didn't seem to make sense with the colors that I had chosen for the blanket. I finished some more rows of the blanket.

Multicolor Blue Ripple Blanket Part 2

Here are the first two rows of the multicolor blue ripple blanket. I made it using a variegated blue, and white Red Heart Super Saver yarn called "Shaded Dusk" and a medium blue yarn that was also made by Red Heart.

Multicolor Blue Ripple Blanket Part 1

I started working on a multicolor blue ripple blanket. Here is the first row and a half.

Noah's Ark Blanket 6

Here is the finished Noah's Ark baby blanket.

Artemis Fowl: The Time Paradox by Eoin Colfer

This is a pretty good book, though not as good as the other Artemis Fowl books. Artemis' mother is sick, so Artemis must go back in time to save an extinct animal (which he "killed"). During this time, he has to face a younger version of himself who has less morals and is willing to do anything to raise money to fund an expedition to save his dad. However, events do not happen as Artemis remembers. Additionally, there is more to the story that Artemis does not know about. Also Artemis and Holly have to try their best not to change anything so as not to change the time/space continuum and the future.

Yellow Baby Sweater Part 4

Here is the yellow baby sweater with the modified changes (white on the borders and the sleeves).

Yellow Baby Sweater Part 3

In order to make the sweater look more even, I had to add a white border to the sleeves. Here is a picture of the baby sweater with the white border on the left sleeve.

Yellow Baby Sweater Part 2

I added white to the bottom edges of the sweater to make it the correct size.

Yellow Baby Sweater Part 1

I have finished crocheting much of the yellow baby sweater. I did not have as much yarn as I thought I would, so I had to modify the pattern a little.

Baby Blankets Created

Here are some baby blankets which I have made.
